Best Car Buying Experience I Ever Had! I must explain first that I am a very busy person working 50+ hours per week so buying a much needed new car was beginning to become stressful for me I must explain first that I am a very busy person working 50+ hours per week so buying a much needed new car was beginning to become stressful for me until I went to Ron Bouchard's Kia Dealership. I started off with the web site pricing vehicles that I was interested in. They had a deal where they would give you a $25 Amazon.com gift card with a test drive. I decided a Kia Soul was what I really wanted so I signed up for it. The next day I received an email and a phone call from the dealership but no pressure to get in there right away to do my test drive. I ended up speaking with Gina (Customer Service Rep) on a Monday during the work day and she made the appointment for my test drive that evening. My husband and I got there and met our salesman Brian Byington. He already had the vehicles out and took the time to explain what each one was equipped with. I picked the one I wanted to test drive and off I went. I got back to the dealership and decided for just a little bit more money I could get the vehicle with the options I really wanted to have. Brian got the keys to that car and I test drove it as well. I decided that it was the car for me so we sat with Brian and got the paperwork started. The amazing part to me was that not only did we get our financing through Kia but Ron Bouchard's took care of all the registry stuff that I knew I would not have time to do. And get this...it did not cost extra! My car was ready to pick up the next evening. When I picked it up Brian was there and took time to explain all of the features to me. He also got my phone set up with the Blue Tooth. Just the fact that this dealership saved me all the time and hassle that it can take to buy a new car was worth the world to me. Brian is a dedicated salesman. He did not try to sell me what I did not want and was happy to answer any questions I had. He really took the time to make sure that this was the car for me. I am very happy with my new Kia Soul and will definitely be buying any additional cars we may need from Ron Bouchard's Dealerships. Thank you to the whole team who helped make this purchase for me! Walking in, Larry Greated me, Amanda introduced herself and reassured me that Larry and the finance team would make me a happy Car Owner. The whole experience made me feel like I was part of a family. Larry even took me out to the Service Area and introduced me to Al and Tom, who took me on a tour of the Service Facility. Purchase of Our New Kia Optima SE and Ron Bouchard's Kia We stopped by Ron Bouchard's Kia dealership in Lancaster, Massachusetts just to check out the vehicles. While it was not our intention to purchase We stopped by Ron Bouchard's Kia dealership in Lancaster, Massachusetts just to check out the vehicles. While it was not our intention to purchase a vehicle immediately it was salesman Mr. Larry Culley who took the time to show us a Kia Optima SE. He changed our minds. We viewed and discussed a Kia Optima SE because Larry asked us about our quality and safety needs. Based upon our conversation he believed that the Kia Optima SE met all of our requirements. His apparent knowledge and conveyance of the quality of an Optima demonstrated to us that we were interested in owning the vehicle. We discussed and test drove the vehicle and believed what Larry stated and showed. It is also important to us to state that Mr. Nicholas Massucco also took the time too share his Kia experiences and knowledge.
