Nick Massucco, was great as well and worked miracles for us, we had gotten SCREWED BY NORM WAGNER, THE VEHICLE WE HAD GOTTEN FROM THEM WAS OVERPRICED AND RACKED WITH ISSUES. (which by the way is on the same road---WARNING!!!!!!!: DO NOT GO TO NORM WAGNER TOYOTA!!!!!!). DEFINATELY GO TO RON BOUCHARDS. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT AND YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT THE FRIENDLY NO PRESSURE SERVICE. This was an experience of a lifetime and I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime and man I am telling you this experience has me sold to return to this dealership.
