Very Professional and Friendly My wife had decided she was going to drive as many Cross overs she could find, Ford, Dodge, Honda, Subaru, Chevy and finally Kia. I will not lie, I was not at all interested in even stopping to look at the Kia's never mind drive them.... Out steps Mike on the of the Customer Service Staff and my wife ran him through the wringer, we drove 3 Sorento's, and a couple of Sportage's and called it a night. The next day the wife decided she wanted to go back and test drive each model again... Mike took it with stride and with a smile took a model off the Showroom Floor as well, ironically, she chose the Sportage SX and Mike had to put the Soreneto back on the showroom floor. Mike was awesome, the quality and options available in the this vehicle class and the wife has every options she wanted... The only downside to whole process was a "New Registration" instead of a license plate transfer, we're still making corrections to our policy.... Ron Bouchard's Customer Sales Group was GREAT..... Jake Walker was are salesman and was excellent. Last Saturday my wife and I went shopping at Kia where we met with Jake. Jake had a great attitude and personality. Jake didn't try to force a sale on my wife and I and was completely understanding when we send we were going to his competitor dealerships. Jakes also didn't bad mouth any other car makers.
