Although this dealer didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, Janine informed me that Ron Bouchard's would have no problem locating the exact configuration I was looking for. Janine set up an time for me to come in and meet with the friendliest and most "down to earth" salesperson I've met, Sabrina Ramondelli. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. I spent just about the entire day driving a variety of comparably equipped and priced cars to the Forte5 sx w/ premium tech package I build on TrueCar. I knew this was the dealer I wanted to purchase from the first few minutes I was on the lot (complimentary lifetime powertrain warranty is a bonus). Tim Cronin and Sabrina located the exact car I was looking for (in another state) and had it transferred locally, at no cost to me (I did make a refundable deposit of $1000 which later was treated as a down payment). Furthermore, they even matched the TrueCar price I was quoted! When it came to financing, Tim Barnes and Ian (from Ron Bouchard's Honda finance) answered every question that a first time car buyer could have. I felt fully informed throughout the entire process. And once again, I never felt pressured. More
