Great Customer Service. I read a few of the reviews of the dealership, before going to Ron Bouchard's to purchase my Nissan Juke. There were quite a few that weren't very goo I read a few of the reviews of the dealership, before going to Ron Bouchard's to purchase my Nissan Juke. There were quite a few that weren't very good. So, when I went to the dealership, I was expecting the typical rigamarole that usually accompanies purchasing a car. I was pleasantly surprised to have a great experience. I dealt with Jay Necosia and John Byrd, who were both polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. After Jay took me for a test drive in the model I chose, a Nissan Juke. He located a car in the color and with the features I wanted within a few minutes. (I know it wasn't an easy task, because I had tried to locate one myself via the internet to no avail). My car was delivered on time and as promised just a few days later. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a stress free buying experience. The transaction was flawless. When I returned a few days later to get my inspection sticker and registration, it was on a Saturday. The dealership was very busy and my wait time was a bit longer than anticipated. Jay took the time away from a sale to apologize to me in person and offer a free detail at my next oil change. I will be recommending him and Ron Bouchard's to my friends and family for any future purchases. More
