So Disappointing My husband and I came into the dealership about 2-3 weeks ago and worked with Keith Harwell. The experience stared out good but ended so badly. We could not make a deal that day and walked away. Although Keith texted my husband multiple times asking what it will take to make a deal. Finally the last day of the month we went back in to talk to Keith. Earlier in the day he messaged my husband and asked what it will take. We told him what we wanted and he said OK! So we got to the dealership in 20 minutes thinking we were making a deal on the car we first agreed on.NOPE he tried to sell us a different car and when we didn't like that one he tried to sell us another one for more money!!!! Crazy!! Finally his Sales manager Austin came over and made an awesome deal, we took the deal and shook hands on it..well after "running the numbers" the price went up!!!! So after spending 4 hours in the dealership and so much negotiating back-and-forth the price changed and there was "nothing" they could do about it!!! I was so disappointed and upset with how the sales staff handled them self at the end and how they did not want to give a little to make the deal happen.. More
