My recent experience with the staff at Ron Bouchard's explains the reason they have remained my auto dealer of choice. The current lease on my 2012 Murano was coming to the end of its term. So I made an appointment to go and talk about the possibility of getting a new lease on another Nissan Murano. When I arrived at the showroom I was greeted at the door by Leo Ramirez. He assisted me into the showroom, with a friendly smile and instantly made me feel comfortable. He listened patiently as I explained what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Leo offered a number of options that I might want to consider in helping to make a choice of a vehicle that would fit my needs. Mr. Ramirez then went to speak with one of the Sales Managers. Jay Nicosia, the Sales Manager, came to speak with me about what it would take to start the process of finding the right vehicle to fit my needs and that would be affordable. Leo Ramirez and Jay Nicosia were both professional and personable throughout the entire process! They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and well informed at all times. Lets be be realistic with it being a used vehicle there will be issues outside of the warranty. It was a nice surprise as well to have my car washed for when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this dealership! The staff is very accommodating and friendly!
