Went in for a complimentary oil change and was treated horribly. The service guys questioned me about how I could have a free oil change when Ron Carter called me to offer it. Issue was not corrected. Tech and SW lied and said it was. Double-checked before I left and confirmed. They then stated additional parts needed for a dealer supplied install.
