The central console latch on my new 2023 GMC Sierra was broken and couldn’t open the compartment. Dealer had to order a new center console. The one that was put in is USED, not new. My vehicle was dropped off on a Tuesday at 7am and for 3 full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been full days I didn’t receive an update, I had to call multiple times to finally talk to my service advisor only to find out my Tahoe had not even been LOOKED at. No diag completed at all. It sat PARKED for 3 full days. I had NO vehicle for 3 full days. I pulled my Tahoe out of service for LACK of service and LACK of communication. I will NEVER come back to this location again for service or to purchase my next vehicle. More
