We asked 3 different times to include running boards, but that did NOT happen. This was a Demo and no one went over each line cost and how they arrived at the final price paid. I called them twice, leaving a voice message on Feb 5th, No One has returned my call! More

Brought my truck in for AC problem and oil change. Took a week for the repair, which was not bad. I arrived to pickup my truck, after having to call to see if it was ready for pickup. Service advisor Angel stated that it was ready and I could come pick my truck up. I arrived to pick up my truck and after waiting for about an hour Angel was able to help me get my truck back to me. I paid what I owed and took my keys. I got in my truck and began to drive off, before leaving the parking lot I noticed that the glove box was completely off and laying on the floor board. I returned back to the Service Advisor Angel and Brought it to his attention. He did have it put back in, but I did have to wait longer. I was not happy as I felt that Everything should have been put back as it should be. Needless to say I did not feel to comfortable with the work not knowing if they my have left something else off or may have forgotten to put something back in its place. More
