Non-responsive. Very slow, will have your car a long time, and they do not answer their phones dropping your car off here is like dropping it into a deep dark hole. I called and checked 14 or 15 times over 9 days and they actually answered the phone twice. The rest of the calls go to voicemail. I finally had to call someone in the sales department to walk back to the service I department to have someone call me back. Also, in the process while rarely over the phone they kept quoting a different prices to repair the brakes . If you leave your car there plan on no one answering and all your calls going to voicemail and no one calling you back. Sad I was a customer for years, and a few years ago they were excellent; apparently there has been a change in ownership our general management. More
