Only leaving one star because my wife loves the vehicle but the experience with this dealership was the worst I’ve ever been apart of. I live in Louisiana so this was an out of state deal for us. We starte but the experience with this dealership was the worst I’ve ever been apart of. I live in Louisiana so this was an out of state deal for us. We started the conversation with Ted at this dealership on Friday afternoon when we noticed a vehicle on the website available that we were interested in. Ted tells me it’s still available and the price was accurate to what the website had listed. It was late, Ted tells me he will contact me in the morning (Saturday). I had to initiate conversation with him around 10am Saturday morning to check availability so we can plan the trip to come get the vehicle. We work out numbers on vehicle and my trade around 1145 am. When he hangs up he tells me he will send video of the vehicle so we can look at it. I don’t hear from him for 2 hours, I text him to see if things are okay. He says no and they can’t find the vehicle they are selling to us even after telling me they did have it. He finds the vehicle later in the day and someone was using while their vehicle was being fixed. The vehicle had 4000 miles on it when we picked it up instead of the zero miles like what was on their website. They also tried charging us an higher interest rate on the vehicle so they could make extra money with the bank even though I was approved for an interest rate 2% lower than what they were offering and told me they were okay with walking away from this deal if I don’t take it and I could just refinance after I buy it. We make the deal after some negotiations. Saturday, Ted tells me to be there first thing Monday morning (9am) so we are. I told him I needed to be on the road back to Louisiana by 11am. Guess what isn’t at the dealership when we show up, you guessed it, the vehicle we are purchasing. Shows up at 1030, they began to clean it and we didn’t leave dealership until around 1230. I left before they could put gas in the vehicle because I couldn’t wait another 30 minutes for that to take place. We caught traffic on the way home because of the delay and I was late to my sons baseball game. I never leave reviews like this but this really did ruin the experience of buying a new vehicle for us and I don’t want this to happen to someone else. More
