It was a pleasure going to Ron Craft Cadillac on today. I came in not planning to purchase a vehicle but my Salesman Ron was awesome, he showed me a couple different cars and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision right then and there. I had a very disappointing experience at Ron craft Chevrolet. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping or answering questions.
