I bought a used 2024, which didn't have the second key fob, so he had promised to get one for me. He came through wonderfully on that promise, seeing it through to the very end, including service scheduling and everything. I will definitely buy my next Cadillac from Ron Craft again, and I would recommend anyone buying a GM vehicle to go see them... and ask for John Favard, he will take care of you very well! More
