Very poor service department I’ve bought 8 cars since 1991 from this dealership and will never buy from again..I bought a $40,000 truck which is by far the most money I’ve ever sp I’ve bought 8 cars since 1991 from this dealership and will never buy from again..I bought a $40,000 truck which is by far the most money I’ve ever spent on a vehicle and by far my worst experience..they lost the key to unlock my wheels and charged me for a tire rotation for which they didn’t perform..I’m assuming it was the service tech that was going through my glove box looking for the key they lost leave filthy oily palm prints all over my passenger side dashboard..before I even picked up my new truck after purchasing it several items were stolen out of my car I traded in and the manager said he would replace what was stolen and never replaced anything..my personal experience was very bad and my advice would be to stay away! More

Until I stopped by Ron Marhofer Chevrolet and spoke with Bryan Deyser, he spent the time with me, looking at a 2016 Cruze and went on road test and but vehicle on lift in service department so I can inspect under vehicle. Than since I lived a hour away from dealer and was by myself they even delivered the vehicle to my home. They will be my go to dealer from now on. More

I’m still working on my credit so I didn’t qualify for a top tier lease offer but the staff at Marhofer in Stow provided a number of available options I’m still working on my credit so I didn’t qualify for a top tier lease offer but the staff at Marhofer in Stow provided a number of available options for leasing or buying keeping in mind my husband and I’s budget. They found me a once leased 2015 Chevy Cruze within my budget. The interest wasn’t the best but that’s not their fault. I intend to pay more than the minimum as much as I can and possibly refinance at a lower rate. I am hoping I can pay it in full early. Either way I was treated with care and respect and was listened to. I highly recommend the staff! Brian and Autumn were great! I only gave the price a “poor” rating because my interest was so sickingly high and drove the overall cost to finance so high but my monthly payments are within my budget. More
