In and out! I’m still working on my credit so I didn’t qualify for a top tier lease offer but the staff at Marhofer in Stow provided a number of available options I’m still working on my credit so I didn’t qualify for a top tier lease offer but the staff at Marhofer in Stow provided a number of available options for leasing or buying keeping in mind my husband and I’s budget. They found me a once leased 2015 Chevy Cruze within my budget. The interest wasn’t the best but that’s not their fault. I intend to pay more than the minimum as much as I can and possibly refinance at a lower rate. I am hoping I can pay it in full early. Either way I was treated with care and respect and was listened to. I highly recommend the staff! Brian and Autumn were great! I only gave the price a “poor” rating because my interest was so sickingly high and drove the overall cost to finance so high but my monthly payments are within my budget. More

STAY AWAY Editing my Review 2/14/2018 to a 1 star: Purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership in January of 2017. Purchased it used with only 12,000 miles Editing my Review 2/14/2018 to a 1 star: Purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership in January of 2017. Purchased it used with only 12,000 miles on it. June of 2017 the accelerator pedal goes out on the car, but is replaced under the warranty. Flash forward to February 2018 and the same accelerator pedal issue occurs. Covered under parts warranty. The kicker however is that upon inspection of my vehicle it is found that my headgasket is leaking. While it is covered under the powertrain warranty, this is the 3rd issue with a car that is barely 2 years old and has less than 50,000 miles on it. Due to my credit, they cannot get me out of this car at the Hyundai dealership, and I am underwater on this lemon. Star far away. This was the 3rd and last car I will be buying from Marhofer, as they won't make it right when they screw you over and sell you a lemon. More

Ron Marhoffer Chevrolet has gained a customer for life!! When I first walked into the dealership, I knew right away it would be a different experience from other dealerships. The first gentleman I spoke with said he saw me talking on phone and didn't want to interrupt me, which was appreciated, but quickly introduced himself as soon as I walked to the door. Instead of being bombarded by a dozen or so people right inside the door, I felt completely at ease. Rick and I spoke for a while, almost like I had bought numerous cars from them in the past. They gave me a great value on my trade-in; unlike another dealer that offered $800 for a truck in great shape and clean retail of >$5,000, and would not budge a dime more. The price I paid for my new 2013 Silverado 1500 was the best price for comparable models I found in my 100 mile search radius. I could go on and on about how great every single person I spoke with was, but if you are in the market for a great vehicle at a great price, and don't want the badgering and sometimes belittling feeling other salespeople put us through, I urge you to stop in and talk to the Marhoffer Auto Family!!
