Pleasurable experience I'm a fan of no haggling. The thought of it gives me anxiety. There was no such anxiety here. They gave me a fair trade value for my old car and I wal I'm a fan of no haggling. Genuinely Helpful Customer Service/Salesman After having bought a used Kia Forte from Marhofer Hyundai for my daughter a few months ago, we decided to go back to Marhofer to purchase a new vehic After having bought a used Kia Forte from Marhofer Hyundai for my daughter a few months ago, we decided to go back to Marhofer to purchase a new vehicle at the end of a previously leased Hyundai. On both occasions, John Kainrad, Customer Relations Manager, was the ultimate professional. Both times we visited he was patient and helpful as we sorted out affordability and key features for the vehicles we were considering. On this second trip to Marhofer, I settled on a new Elantra, and am very happy with my purchase. Purchasing a new car is easily be one of the most unpleasant experiences of adult life, but John was the reason we came back that second time, and we will likely return again when it is time for my son to consider a vehicle to purchase. Although the dealership is a good two-hour drive from where we live, I have had enough car-buying experience to know that I don't want to waste my time dealer-hopping and having to navigate unscrupulous dealerships and sales people. The genuineness and professionalism with which we experienced with John enabled us to build a sales-customer relationship based on trust and respect - a value that has been not been the norm with most dealerships I've encountered. I appreciate the care he takes with sincerely wanting to meet the customer's needs, and the no-pressure approach to just making sure people are happy with their decision and being as helpful as possible. Marhofer has a gem working for them and I hope they know how unique he is to this industry. More
