Great Dealership We had seen the G90 at the Texas State Fair in October when visiting. We were given the auto book on the Genesis and perused it thoroughly, as well a We had seen the G90 at the Texas State Fair in October when visiting. We were given the auto book on the Genesis and perused it thoroughly, as well as followed write-ups in Auto Week and other magazines before visiting. We are car people and usually know well in advance of a visit to a dealership what we wish for. We called in advance to inquire as to whether there was a G90 available for a test drive. There was and we drove over to talk with Mike Bell. Mike went with us on the test drive and we were most impressed. Mike went over the options of what we wanted in terms of engine/amenities on the car and gave us a very near figure while they attempted to locate a car equipped as requested. While there, we met with Dale in F & I, who was also very knowledgeable. We arranged the basic lease terms and waited till they found the right car. I traded in a 2011 Mercedes E350 sport coupe, and the trade in was fair, as the car was low mileage. We were also introduced to Chris Marhofer, who made sure we knew to call him If we had any questions. The right car was found and arrived a week or so later. We took delivery a couple of days later and Mike spent a great deal of time with us helping us set up the car and showing us how to do additional programming as needed. He also introduced us to the people in service. A very enjoyable experience with a very professional team. More
