I used my warranty to get my rear view camera fixed. My advisor Caleb got right on it and in a few days the part was in. I recently purchased a new car from Marhofer Hyundai in Green, Ohio. I then decided to do a Oil consumption test and engine relacement done at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was misled and lied to throu Green, Ohio. I then decided to do a Oil consumption test and engine relacement done at this dealership. Unfortunately, I was misled and lied to throughout the process. The service department was so disorganized that I could never get a hold of anyone when calling. I ended up having to send several emails to try and get answers from Chris Shaubert, He gets an A+ in xx. I requested that they do a diagnostic test and multi-point inspection prior to the engine replacement and to inform me of the results of those tests. Not only did I not hear back regarding those tests, but they went ahead and replaced the engine without my authorization. I never even signed anything and had no idea of the costs to me until the morning my car was ready to be picked up. I'm not sure if they even did a multi-point test. The tire pressure on all tires were marked at 35, but two of them were low at 28 and 25. It was checked off as all lights working, but there was a headlight out. Those were minor things, but if they can't do the small things correctly, how can you trust them to do more important repairs? I felt misled and lied to throughout the process and was told different things from different people, including Hyundai customer care. Steer clear of this dealership! More
