The sales person, Nick , was able to answer my questions and was aware of my timetable to buy and contacted me at that time. I was not pressured or pursued. When I arrived at the dealership I was presented with options that fit my search. Once a decision was made and my budget was set, the sales manager met with me and offered me the various products to protect my investment. Again , the numbers we had settled upon, did not change. The car was brought inside for delivery after a recall was performed while I was there and a tutorial was given by the sales person. I was completely satisfied with the experience and will recommend to others. More
