Customer Service from Hyundai in Green As stated earlier I was very disappointed in the Customer Service I received at Marhofer Green. If it wasn't for Marhofer Cuyahoga Falls I would not b As stated earlier I was very disappointed in the Customer Service I received at Marhofer Green. If it wasn't for Marhofer Cuyahoga Falls I would not be driving a Hyundai right now. My Father, my Father-in-law and my best friend's father all retired from Ford and I have been a dedicated "Ford man" my entire life. About 15 months ago my wife and I walked into a Hyundai dealership in search of a new car. We were impressed with the Hyundai and walked out with a brand new 2016 Tucson. Several months later I bought my daughter a very clean used Sonata from Hyundai. I had owned a 2013 Ford Fusion and while I liked the car was very worried about the dependability. My warranty had expired some time before and I just received my fifth or sixth recall notice from Ford and that was all I could take. I hope the service from Marhofer Green gets better as I still plan to service my vehicles there. Thanks for your time. More
