We are on vehicle number five and have had nothing but great experiences every step of the way with this dealership. I am hyper-sensitive and overly un-trusting of anything related to car sales. After three deals with Chris, I have finally let my guard down and I understand that with Marhofer, I am in good hands. There is no high-pressure, every question is answered, if there is something I do not understand, it is explained again. It leaves me feeling respected and valued which is exactly how you should feel as a consumer in the market for a product of this caliber. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal and Ron Marhofer respects that fact. We have referred 2 family members and a neighbor who have all purchased vehicles at this dealership and all have been equally satisfied. On a side note: I had a bad experience one time at the service center of Marhofer Chevrolet. You will notice on every bill or invoice a note that states 'if you are not completely satisfied, call Ron or email him' with his email and number listed. I chose to take advantage of this and within 4 hours - 1) Ron himself called me and then met me at the dealership; 2) the mistake was admitted; 3) I was provided a rental; 4) my vehicle was fixed and delivered to my door where a serviceman handed me a check for refund of my initial inspection and took back the rental car for me. Everyone makes mistakes. But the important part is how that mistake is dealt with. Ron Marhofer dealt with the mistake with honesty and integrity and for that alone, I will be forever loyal.
