Overall, my recent service experience was very positive. Brandon is a top notch service writer and a great asset to that department. Sadly, the service manager, John, was not performing his job the way I wouldâve expected. He took my initial phone inquiry and was rude, patronizing, condescending, and kept interrupting me. When I arrived at the dealership to drop off my car, I went to his office to complain about the phone call not knowing it was the manager and he continued to offer the horrible attitude. Later in the day, I contacted the salesman who sold me the car, Brian, who was very kind and helpful. Brian helped me go to the general manager of the location to express my displeasure in the treatment I received. Brian even spoke to another manager on my behalf. I was able to speak with the GM and he was compassionate issuing a sincere apology. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased with how this Ron Marhofer location worked around one employee who had very inferior customer service and allowed me to leave a satisfied customer. I will return. They really turned things around for me. Thank you Brandon, Brian, and Nick! More
