Customer service in the service are very nice, welcoming, communicate well and respond timely. The accurately wrote what I expressed the problem to be. They say they do checks that are clearly not done and just wrote down, which results in another appointment needed and people to waste time with what should have been done the first time. However, I don't mind driving that far (probably passing other Nisaan dealerships) because it seems like they really try their best to t Seven Hills.
