I arrived at 12:25p Feb 11 for my 12:30 oil change appointment. Jared said it would take about an hour. Hearing nothing from the service personnel, I checked in at the counter at 1:35 I was told they appointment. Jared said it would take about an hour. Apparently my appointment time conflicted with lunch. My car was finally completed at about 1:45p. Should not take this long considering I made an appointment. More
A few weeks ago, my daughter took her 2014 Rogue in for a recall. I told her to get an oil change and have them look at a few other things while there. They came back with thousands of dollars of work they recall. I told her to get an oil change and have them look at a few other things while there. They came back with thousands of dollars of work they said it needed including rear brakes and a tie rod. I told her to decline it all and I would look at it. Well, it didn't need rear brakes, the pads were at 80%, the caliper slides were fin and the pads were not seized up. Also, both front tie rods were in perfect condition. No play whatsoever! I'll tell you what happened...they saw a car naive 25 year old young woman that they felt they could take advantage of! They just did it to the wrong young woman!!!!! Beware of this dealership!!!! More
I purchased a 2016 frontier Brand new. The only thing i am not happy with is key fobs. Both key fobs stopped working. In order to replace the key fob they ask for $500. I think it is not worth it.
