Let the buyer beware Ron Tonkin Sales and Finance Managers in September 2018 sold us a used vehicle with major salt corrosion issues from Canada. At the time of sale they Ron Tonkin Sales and Finance Managers in September 2018 sold us a used vehicle with major salt corrosion issues from Canada. At the time of sale they downplayed issues. They also promised verbally to clean and treat the undercarriage but did neither. I felt like they were after a quick sale instead of a customer for life. Efforts to follow-up were dismissed or ignored. Since then these problems continue to result in many hugely expensive repairs. Have an independent mechanic inspect your potential purchase and get everything in writing. More

From the time I walked in the door until the time I left this has been the worst experience that I’ve had with a car service area or a car dealer. This is the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever worked with this has been the worst experience that I’ve had with a car service area or a car dealer. This is the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever worked with in my life. The person that helped me didn’t even bother to give me his name maybe it’s because my face was African-American. Then he wanted to tell me all of these things that needed to be serviced on my car and I know that’s a bold face lie because I just had my car serviced two weeks ago and then also a week ago and had over $700 worth of stuff fixed so I know it’s not broken.Maybe this is how they suck or other cultures into using their services. I will never come here again to buy a car to get service on a car nothing. And this was a factory recall. Rude staff. They walk past you and don’t speak and they look right in your face. Never again. More

Excellent Customer Service Made for a Great Experience I was in the market for an electric car. I was casually looking at different options from several different car makers, planning to pull the trigger i I was in the market for an electric car. I was casually looking at different options from several different car makers, planning to pull the trigger in the next few months. Honestly I was leaning towards going with the Kona EV, but then I decided to do due diligence and check out the Chevy Bolt. I came to Ron Tonkin and worked with Lacey Butler. Her service was phenomenal and I pretty quickly changed my mind and decided to buy the Chevy Bolt from here. Customer service is incredibly important to me and it's not a stretch to say she is the reason I decided to buy a Bolt from Ron Tonkin. Nobody wants to have that sleazy car salesman experience. I've quickly walked away from other car purchases when the sales person starts to deploy those tactics. But Lacey was in no way your old school icky car salesperson. She rocks. From start to finish the process was low-pressure. She answered questions honestly, showed me features, we had a great test drive, and she gave me a great / fair price right off the bat. I also interacted with their internet sales person, had a quick handshake with the sales manager, and did the paperwork process with the finance manager. All were pleasant and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to buy another car here, especially if I could work with Lacey again. As for the Bolt EV - I've only owned it for a few days, but thus far I love it. More
