She was able to coordinate the pre-approval prior to me coming in and was able to acquire the vehicle that I wanted from a different dealership so that I could test drive it. I ultimately purchased the vehicle for what I thought was a great deal. Lacey has also been helpful after the sale and was available for questions about things such as key replacement after the sale.
