Purchased a Maverick in September 2024. Started process online, immediately spoke with salesperson Michael. The same price he told us was the exact price when I went pick up the vehicle, to the penny. Much different than the experience I had 2 months prior at a dealership in Birmingham buying an Explorer. I wish I had taken the 40 minute drive to Ronnie Watkins for the Explorer! Lesson learned! Great people, family owned, local folks not the corporate crap soo many dealerships are now! I’ll even be taking my Explorer there for service! More

For one, the price was beyond fair, and looking at other cars in the lot they were all below the prices of most other dealers. Secondly, I live about two hours from this location, and I only wanted to arrive once so I requested a third-party mechanic to inspect the vehicle. My seller was initially dismissive of the idea (as they have their own mechanic attached), but was quick to put me on the phone with a supervisor who was able to make that decision and it was fine. During the financing portion, there were no unnecessary fees that some dealerships try, such as “market adjustment” or “nitrogen tires.” Additionally, they didnt seem to push and warranties or add-ons, and didnt give any pushback when I requested not to have them. they offered the option to deliver the vehicle, and even did it for FREE as I lived “nearby” according to them. Once the vehicle arrived, I did notice an issue of water spots all over the vehicle that I had to get a detailer to fix. The problem was that these spots were not visible on the car images, and so I felt partially decieved. I reached out to them with my concerns and requested they pay half of the dealership fee, and they went ahead and paid for the entire detailing. 10/10 service and customer support. If you wish for a hassle-free means of getting a car or truck, I would certainly recommend. More
