When I arrived Alex took care of me and my cars needs from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining my options. MVP card Apparently an ownership change after buying a car in June 2019. Was given an MVP card with 150 dollars on it. Informed it is no longer valid. New owner would not take it either and blamed old owner. Got a discount on an oil change to compensate. If it wasn’t for Mario in sales I would have never recommended this place and now even his skill can’t overcome the new owner not taking the 150. It was a horrible experience for the 2nd time Service desk staff are disappointing and try to get you to pay for service you are not suppose to pay for, my wife went there for oil change she told Service desk staff are disappointing and try to get you to pay for service you are not suppose to pay for, my wife went there for oil change she told them it should be covered by the extended warranty i have purchased they kept denying till i called them very upset and guess what all the sudden they found it in the system, maybe the coverage was hiding 🤔 anyway i will never ever go back to this location Still waiting for the refund !!!!!
