Customer Service Top Notch I had purchased my previous two vehicles from Nissan back when it was Kayser. I always experienced good customer service there which is why I returned I had purchased my previous two vehicles from Nissan back when it was Kayser. I always experienced good customer service there which is why I returned now for a third purchase. I'm happy to report that now with Rosen owning the dealership, the customer service has not only maintained the level of quality I am used to, but has far surpassed it! The extra mile the individuals there at Rosen go is more like an extra 5 miles. They all chip in to help each other out and ensure you are getting taken care of. There were a couple delays during the paperwork process of my purchase, but the Rosen team made sure to promptly acknowledge and apologize for the inconvenience and even went so far to send a gift card in the mail as a compensation. Matt and Jay were great during the process and made sure I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The owner and GM even made sure to come out to me to shake my hand and thank me for the purchase. You don't get that level of customer care at other places. All in all, I got a great vehicle, for a great price, and had a great experience. Will come back again and recommend to anyone. More
