James went over every option available and answered all of my questions without pressuring me into anything I wasn't interested in. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. His coworker Kevin was also very pleasant and provided friendly conversation while James stepped away to work on my deal. When I met with Toby, the finance manager, I was very impressed with his knowledge and how clearly he explained the documents and terms of the deal. He also answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle get in touch with this team.
