"Avoid at all Costs "
If I could rate this dealership zero stars I absolutely would. I found this dealership through USAA's car buying service and have since reported them to the service for how awful their communication and customer service has been. I bought the car over nine weeks ago and have yet to receive my tags. I had to leave over seven voicemails before anyone called me back to realize that they were missing a document and that the tags had been on hold for two weeks.
I would avoid them at all costs.

Great service from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda! Over the years Hugo in the Honda Service department has assisted me with all my car checkup and maintenance needs. Hugo even stepped up and called the insurance company for me when my insurance company was considering putting aftermarket parts on my newer Honda at the time. The promise service has always been completed in a timely manner. They even have coffee lattes, TV and a workstation available for you while you wait for your car to be repaired which makes you feel right at home. Once you purchase a car, having a reliable and prompt service department makes all the difference. Based on the great service, I will be purchasing another car from this same dealership over the next month. I would also like to add that I have not had any major issues with my Honda due to recommend standard repairs which I have owned for about 5 years now. It rides just as good as the first day I purchased it. I felt compelled to write a review as I have not had this type of amazing service from any other car dealership over the years. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Go see Hugo if you are looking for great service.The GM was very appreciative when I shared with him my experience which tells me they really care about their customers and want your business for life. They have mine.
