Great customer service I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure I brought my car in on Friday because my car just wasn’t running right and the key fob wasn’t working, it was Labor Day weekend and Steve wasn’t sure that he was going to get my car in so I left it and he called me Saturday morning and told me it was ready, he is great at his job,I can tell he has been doing this for a long time. I think he should train people on how to do customer service. Cody is also great at his job good conversation and driving. I was very pleased with my visit to the service department and will definitely refer people there. Also I thought I was suppose to get 2 fobs with the car when I only received one. I was provided with free beverages in the comfortable waiting room. I got to visit with Gordon, the wonderful salesperson who sold me my Chevy Cruz Premiere. I didn't have to wait long for service to be completed. They fixed my leaking tire, changed my oil, serviced the engine and washed my car. All I paid for was $20 for the tire repair. The employees at Sullivan Chevrolet are very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to be there and I always look forward to seeing Gordon again. More
