Was quoted $70 for the fob and was told one would be held and a service appointment would be required to program the fob. I made an appointment for following week but did not ask for the cost. Figured it would be about 1/2 hour. When I arrived for the appointment, was told the fob was actually $169 and the service was $70. I passed. More

With in a half hour they came to tell me what they felt need to be done extra besides what I was in there fore. The customer service rep came to talk he new exact part, cost, and he new they could take care of it while I was waiting and my car would still be ready at my promised time. Sure enough it was ready at the promised time and the exact cost I was quoted. I love my service at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville, CA. More
