Lies and thieves Eric the guy who helped me first started the day off by saying Iv already used 2 of my oil changes and I said no Iv only used one. He flips his monitor around to point see one and 2 I said no look there is only 2 miles difference between the Service and one 1 day apart so he looks again and was like ya your right like I know but the way he was trying to come off was to make me look dumb. Then got that semi resolved and I was leaving and I said ok call me when the car is completely done. I get a car about 2 hours later saying car is ready for pick up so I head there and when I got there the paper work wasn’t done my truck wasn’t even washed yet and I asked for them to do the inside windows to be cleaned and they didn’t. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for everything to be done and when I confronted Eric say I told you to tell me when it’s all done he said no you didn’t and when I said I did and you said the car was done he said no it’s almost done so he kept lying to me like I was some dumb kid. I would love to take my warranty and service to another dealership this is the second bad experience Iv had at john l which is bad cause Iv only been there twice and both were very poor service. Don’t waste your time there More

Service redeemed Steve White did an excellent job working with the technician and getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Steve is my go to SA and your other SA's could learn from his examples of great customer service, communication skills and follow-thru. I also want to acknowledge your Service Manager Penny Case. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing previous visit and I communicated my disappointment with Penny. She reviewed my details and agreed with my assessment and offered a free oil change on my next service (which I recently utilized). I wanted to say thank you in person to Penny however she was away enjoying some vacation time in Idaho. Please communicate my sincere thanks to Penny, Steve and the technician that worked on my vehicle (I think his name was Leon Haskell) More

I WAS THERE AT 9;00 AM, EMPLOYEES SEEM TO BE LETHARGIC THE SERVICE CENTER ON THE INSIDE WHERE YOU PAY SEEMED TO BE VERY UNORGANIZED. WE HAD MY HUSBANDS WORK TRUCK IN THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. NEVER GO THE SERVICE CENTER ON THE INSIDE WHERE YOU PAY SEEMED TO BE VERY UNORGANIZED. WE HAD MY HUSBANDS WORK TRUCK IN THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. NEVER GOT A SURVEY TO LET YOU KNOW HOW UNHAPPY WE WERE. THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 15 DAYS WAITING ON PARTS THEY SAID. WE HAD TO BORROW A FRIENDS TRUCK ALL THAT TIME, THE TRUCK FINALLY GOT DONE AND COST ALOT.. MY HUSBAND HAD ASKED THEM TO FIX THE MOTOR ON THE MIRROR BECAUSE IT WAS BROKEN. WHEN HE WENT TO PICK IT UP AFTER 15 DAYS THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO FIX IT. WE WERE NOT PLEASED. SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL. More
DISCOURAGED ARMY VETERAN I took my car in because the rest washer fluid was leaking out on the ground. This just started happening. They said it was because of something ano I took my car in because the rest washer fluid was leaking out on the ground. This just started happening. They said it was because of something another contractor Chevy on Florida had done last FALL. Why did it just start leaking?? If it's under warranty regardless why can't warranty fix it??? It was done as a result of Chevy! Instead they say they CANT/WONT FIX IT!! They won't fixit under warranty and they can't fix it unless they can do so to factory specs Im told!! Thos the same dealership Service that I ask to install wipers and they put the cheapest wipers on my car they could get. Later when I needed them, they came off!! When you want to keep your car original you rely on the dealerships to do that. That's why I asked for A/C Delco Wipers, instead I get wipers that Walmart wouldn't sell!! Yet they wont fix my rest window washer fluid???? I went here because my 88 yr old Uncle had great things to say about Sullivan!! Now the Sales people want to pit me in a new car because my 2016 can't be fixed?? Wrong reason to want my business!! More
