The worst experience! Was there for 3.5 hours just to find out about buying my lease. With a 788 credit score I was first quoted for an 84 mo deal at 12.69%! Even though I was the one buying the vehicle everyone serving us was shmoozing my boyfriend. We were offered water & then told there was none; while we watched others being given water bottles, chips etc. I was talked down to, disrespected and made to feel totally devalued after being a faithful customer leasing vehicles from Kia for years. I left and got an auto loan from my credit union at 5.99%. I will never go back to Kia or recommend them to anyone. More
