My experience with Ross Downing Cheverolet was by far one of the best I have ever had. I have bought many new vehicles over the years, but none were handled as quick and efficiently as my experience with Ros of the best I have ever had. I bought a new corvette from out of state and was totally dependant on Barry to be straight up and honest with me. Barry made good on everything we discussed. I was picked up at the airport and delivered to the dealership to find my new corvette waiting for me. After 30 minutes of going over the vehicle and learning how to use all the accessories,I was given the keys and out I went.I would recommend Ross Downing to any of my friends and would do business with them again. A great team. I had only one day to choose, buy, and drive away and it all happened. Two days after leaving, i got a phone call. It was found that I should have received a lower interest rate. This was applied to my loan application and my monthly note lowered. That extra effort did not have to happen. This will help pay for my oil changes.
