When it came time to replace my wifes car I recommended the Chevy Cruze. After a recent horrible experience with another Chevrolet dealership in Ontario, I recommended we stop by Rotolo Chevrolet as I had the Chevy Cruze. We should have went to Rotolo from the beginning! When we arrived at the dealership we were promptly greeted by Jacek. He was very polite and asked us if there was a particular vehicle we were there to see. I let him know we were there to see the Cruze and possibly drive one. He showed us the Cruzes that Rotolo had in inventory and we decided to drive a ECO and a LTZ. Originally we were only going to look and decide on a vehicle to purchase at a later date. After driving the Cruze, it was apparent to me and my wife, that there was no need to look further. We spent some time just talking to Jacek about the vehicles and he wanted to make sure we were not feeling pressured to buy. He also wanted us to know that he and Rotolo Chevrolet were commited to making sure we had a great experience and wanted to earn our business. After a very short period of time we decided on the Cruze LTZ and an agreeable price. Everyone from the Management Team, Finance Department and Customer Service at Rotolo Chevrolet are in a class of there own. We received multiple follow up contacts from the various people at Rotolo Chevrolet. They simply wanting to make sure we were happy with our vehicle and the experience. This was by far the very best purchase experience I have ever had with any car brand. Jacek and Rotolo Chevrolet have not only earned our business but a customer for life! I had tried a different dealer twice and was unable to get a price quote from a car salesman. We then tried Costco car buying program and had a representative from Rotolo call us within 5 minutes of press get a price quote from a car salesman. When I was ready to come in, I called back the person who made contact and they were able to quote a price over the phone for the truck I wanted to buy. When I showed up at the dealership, the exact truck I had described over the phone and was quoted a price for was pulled up front waiting. We test drove the truck and when we came back to sit down all of the pricing information was shown to me on the computer screen and it was exactly what I was quoted over the phone with no other extra hidden charges. Since it was the exact truck I wanted and the price I was willing to pay there was nothing to do except buy the car. I was at the dealership for less than 1.5 hours. By far the best experience you could ask for when purchasing a vehicle. Since the purchase the dealership has been very thorough following up to make sure I was happy. More

I placed an internet order. I was informed about the process my new truck was going through from start to finish. Darryl even photocopied my scribbled notes that I wrote down which included what specifics I was looking for in the truck I wanted. He kept this photocopy in a file so he could refer to it in order to closely match my requests to the final order. Overall, I felt as though my requests were filled without hestitation or confrontation. Also, each person whom I encountered at Rotolo greeted me and listened carefully to the things I had to say. They also answered the milliions of questions I had, even the ones that seemed out of the ordinary. More

For sometime now my wife and I have been looking to purchase our first new Chevrolet Silverado. My wife and I were looking for a car with better gas mileage then our 07 Tahoe, already being apart of the Chevrolet family thats were we started our search. We saw an ad on the internet for the new crruze so we thought that we would check it out, we found that it just wasn;t quite what we were looking for. George then told us about the Malibu and that they had a deal on 1 model that was in our price range. At that point we took the Malibu for a test drive and my wife fell in love with it. George then took us over to the area of the lot were they have a toyoat corrolla and a Honda civic so that we could compare the price and features (great idea). My wife still wanted to check out the Honda Accord so George incouraged us to, he gave us his card and said to let him know if there was anything we needed to give him a call. We test drove the Honda Accord and it didn't compare so we returned to Rotolo and asked for George and bought the car. The whole experience at ROtolo was very calm and effecient. There wasn't any hassel about the down payment or the extended warranty we told what we could afford as a monthly payment and they made it work. I've bought a few new cars in my life and everytime I go I dread the financing part because it seems to take a long time to get it done, but these guys have got it down to were you are in and out so that you can go and enjoy your new car. I want to share my car shopping experience purchasing a new Volt at Rotolo Chevrolet. As many know, this car is being produced in limited numbers and sold only in certain regions for the 2011 model year. new Volt at Rotolo Chevrolet. I was unable to find a Volt in my home state of Texas and when I called Rotolo in Fontana California they had a car which they held for me. The next day I flew to the local airport in California and they picked me up. Because of the limited availability and high demand, many dealers are marking up this vehicle from $5000 to $20,000 over sticker! Roloto sold at MSRP and were great to deal with. As I was driving my new car home to Texas, I was thinking how an unscrupulous dealer or sales person may have taken advantage of my situation and adjusted the price or did something bad at the last moment, knowing that I didn't have the option of just walking out. I was very glad that Rotolo treated me well. I want to also mention Thelma Marshall and Denise Krempa were both helpful by teaching me some of the finer aspects of operating this vehicle, including setting up On Star, syncing my iPhone to the car's bluetooth, and going over the charging procedure with me. I have purchased maybe 20+ new cars in my life and these guys were the best I have dealt with! All were very friendly, no stress sale, no upselllling on products i do not need like lojack, fabric guard etc guys were the best I have dealt with! They also did NOT charge over sticker on a new Chevy Volt as most dealers in L.A. are doing. Will be back next year for my ZR1! More
