Tina went beyond what she had to do to make sure that we were getting the service we needed. She even called the following Monday, we bought the car Friday night, to make sure that everything went well and that we were happy. Our salesman, Freddy, was great. He did everything he could to make sure that we purchased a car within our budget, he did not try and push anything on us and understood when the first car we picked did not work out. There was a service manager who also helped but I did not get his name. From the beginning to end we were very pleased with DCN Hyundai and I would of course give Tina's and Freddy's name to someone if they were looking for an new or used car. More

Tina was my lifeline keeping in contact throughout the entire process and following up each time with my many questions and inquiries before setting me up with Salesman Freddy for test drives and financing. He was incredibly patient and never expressed even a smidgen of disappointment or frustration even after showing me several great cars that I was just not sure would be my perfect car. Several hours later, after a surprisingly pleasent experience with Freddy's determination and persistance, I was sitting in front of the very helpful and courteous Deokie signing the paperwork to take home my fabulous Hyundai Sonata, and they were able to keep me with a payment under my original budget!!
