I have leased cars from audi, acura, honda, and hyundai in the past and I have never seen such poor treatment of customers as at DCN. Sure, everything is fine and dandy when you are purchasing or leasing a car which is why I assume they actually have some good reviews, but, AS SOON as you have any sort of issue, this dealership has ZERO interest in helping you. I dealt with both managers Greg Munoz and Colleen Oberly and was astonished about how discourteous they both were. NEITHER one of them returned my calls after multiple multiple multiple attempts at getting in touch with them and only did when threatened with me taking further steps such as contacting corporate and my attorney. I am disgusted with this dealership and the treatment I received and will NEVER lease from DCN AGAIN! More
Bad experience stay away! Will try to scam you! I wasted two days at this place, this new team of sales people and management lack the skills and professionalism when it comes to dealing with their I wasted two days at this place, this new team of sales people and management lack the skills and professionalism when it comes to dealing with their customers. I actually bought a car in December and that was a painless experience when they had the old crew so I decided to go back for another car but boy was I wrong. Day 1: tested out the car and it was kind of late so the sales rep was like I have to go so we didn't even get to any negotiating bc I told him I want a similar deal to what I bought my last sonata for and I think that is completely fair. Roger tells me that we can't do that the manager won't even agree. Plus we had rebates at the time so we were able to offer that price and we don't have any rebates at the moment. I checked there website and they had about $5,000 worth of rebates. I ended up wasting time day 1. The following day I receive a phone call from the guys in the back. They basically call people and invite them in if they inquire about cars. He calls and asks me about my experience and I told him I was quite unhappy with it so that same day another person calls me back saying we are sorry that happened, don't worry you won't have to talk to another sales rep I promise to take care of you just come in tomorrow. Day 2: I go in and everything was smooth for a while. The individual that was taking care of me is Damian I don't know if he is a manager or just a sales rep. I mention this bc he had a price for me set already before I came in and I was 100% happy with it. That is how much I wanted to pay and I didn't even have to negotiate. Basically the whole process starts, I call my insurance company tell them I bought a new car, they do a hard check on my credit score and then an hour later a manager comes up to me and says we can't give you this deal. Damian made a mistake and we fired him for it. Now get this I see him an hour later still negotiating with me. Now I'm annoyed bc everything was being finalized and now I'm back at square one and the time is 7pm. I basically spent the next three hours negotiating with 3 different managers. I have one manager telling me I can't believe this happened im sorry we will make this right. And I wouldn't agree to the price so another manager comes and tries to convince me that there giving me the best deal while it's not. I have a lease and I have another year left and I was hoping they would buy my car since its in excellent condition and I was under the mileage. My car is worth 20k on kbb but apparently they use some different program to appraise cars and they tell me that it's only worth 14k . Now there telling me your best option is to pay the lease off but we will pay it for you and add it to your subtotal on the agreement. I kept telling them I don't want to pay the price for the car bc it doesn't make sense when I am paying your car off plus the remainder of my lease. I might as well wait at that point so then he says I'll write you a check for 3107 but we have to add it on the agreement (basically he adds the 3107 to the agreement and I pay it but the dealership writes me a check for 3107). It sounded like a sweet deal at first bc the way he pitched it, he said that I'm taking the loss bc I'm writing you the check for 3107 BUT guess what I have to take that money and pay Honda. At first it seemed like a great deal but he just twisted the words around to try and trick me. I'm still paying the 3107! It doesn't matter that he is writing me the check or not bc all there doing is giving me the money to pay Honda off instead of them. SCAMMERS! At the end I caught that and I'm in the accountants office who seriously cannot complete a sentence without flicking her hair around. In one sentence she probably flicked her hair 5 times. She didn't give a crap about us. I was talking to her about the numbers and she is completely ignoring me. I stepped out of the office to talk to my gf about the numbers bc it didn't make sense. The whole check scam for 3107 and she was listening to the convo and wanted to "interject". They were getting the better deal bc I was still paying sticker price for the car bc of the 3107. The manager is still trying to negotiate with me drops the price a little more but then tells me I have to buy insurance to make up for me dropping the price. It's the same price at the end of the day. He tries to tell me that even though we attached the 3107 to the new contract you are paying towards some thing you own but I'm still throwing money out the window. He kept trying to convince me that I am making the better deal since I will be financing this time but I'm not if the 3107 is on the agreement. I would rather finish my lease instead of paying for two cars. Then he says God bless you that you have money to throw away. Half of this nation leases cars my friend. It was a terrible experience and these folks don't care about anyone but themselves. There out to make money and will tell you anything to sell a car. More
