I had to have the new Hyundai Genesis for its new design, ride and comfort that definitely rivals the higher end brands. I made a phone call (a phone call) and spoke to Robert Licciardi. Within an hour he priced out exactly what I was looking for, took into consideration my trade and got me the price I was looking for as well! A phone call and the deal was done. No aggravation, no sitting in a dealership for hours, no nonsense. Mr. Licciardi was the consummate professional and he knows his business. That was Friday afternoon, on Saturday morning I walked in, met with my salesman Lorenzo Miceli and was out of there in no time. My car was prepped and sitting out front ready to go, paperwork complete with only trade and signatures necessary that day. Lorenzo was a pleasure to deal with and made me laugh along the way.
