I was in the market for a car, Narrowing it down to the Elantra, the Corolla and Ford Focus. I chose the Ellantra because it was well rated and it offerred more bang for the buck. It was just a matter of me choosing which dealer offered me the best deal. Sometimes dealers and salesman can be annoying. They say one thing in advertisements and on the phone But then they change in midstream when you're about to purchase an auto. But I must say going to Brad Benson was a pleasant surprise. Payman was my sales person. We discussed the difference between new and used autos first But with all the rebates it was wiser to buy new. I told Peyman my cost limits. At other dealers I was confined to just one color. Paymen told me I had colors to choose from And I selected blue. Being A 2002 Elantra owner I knew how the car drove but I must say the 2013 model drives so much better. When we went back inside to start negotiating, I told Paymen that I wanted to see the other colors just to be sure. Without hesitation, he took me outside to see them and of course I stuck with the blue. When we started negotiating it was not like pulling teeth. He was very attentive and understanding. He presented my offer And worked very closely with me. I must say I was very pleased with the price and purchased the auto. I next saw James the finance manager. I always read horror stories about these particular managers. But James made it very easy. In fact I called him the next day because I questioned some figures. Instead of giving me the runaround he worked very closely with me and I must say I was very satisfied with the end results. I know the Hyundai Elantra is a good car and will last me as long as I take care of it. But it was a welcome surprise that Brad Benson Had employees such as Peyman and James who were very helpful. I would like to thank the both of them for making my buying experience a pleasant one. I recommend them both as well as this dealer. More

I took the car home, and the next day had a bevy of questions, he asked me to come back the next day and took extra time to answer every question and doubt I had and also threw in a complimentary car cleaning/detailing. One of the best salesman I've ever encountered in my life. Looking to get another car next year and will definitely go back to Brad Benson and ask for Sammy Chow again! More
My husband and I went to Brad Benson to purchase a new Veloster on the Saturday before month end. We knew exactly what we wanted and was not planning to drag out the negotiations. Wanted best TrueCar.com pricing and auction value for my trade in. The were willing to give me the TrueCar price but low balled my trade in by $3000 and was not willing to negotiate at all. Two days later the salesperson called me telling me they would be willing get close to what I was asking on my trade in so I drove an hour after work out of my way to go there hoping to seal a deal. When I got there the sales manager told me he was willing to give me $300 more than what they originally offered. $300!!! REALLY??? Is that what they called close after low balling me $3000? I was willing to accept $1000 less than what I originally wanted and they were not willing to work with me at all. Needless to say I left. Low and behold a few days after that they called again calling to apologize and said they were willing to give me what I wanted on the trade in and the only hurdle was finding the vehicle I wanted because I didn't have one in stock. I agreed and was willing to do the paper work that day. On the way to the dealership the salesperson called me to tell me to come the next day because they didn't have the new car yet and to not worry that the numbers were sealed and done. The very next day I was getting ready to drive over and the salesperson called me to tell me that they were no longer willing to honor the trade in value again. At this point I'm no longer willing to ever go to Brad Benson. They are willing to say anything to get you there and once you're there they will go back on their word. They are all liars and will say anything to get you into their dealership. DON'T EVERY GO TO BRAD BENSON. You're better off going somewhere else instead of wasting your time there. The only people that end up buying cars there are the ones that get ripped off. And their ad that tells you they will take 30% off their deal price... they mark up their cars by a few thousand on top of MSRP. So basically the 30% off equates to a few hundred off MSRP. SCAM!!! If you don't want to waste your time... DO NOT GO TO BRAD BENSON. More
I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and had done extensive research on a Hyundai Elantra before stepping foot into the dealership. Sammy knew much more about the car than the previous two dealerships combined that I had visited and showed me every single small detail on the car including things I didn't know. He was very energetic and upbeat unlike past salesmen I have worked with, and even gave a jog to grab the car and pull up so I would not be waiting long. Even after making the deal, which I got a very good price on he was still more than helpful with dealing with upper management in the dealership to see where I was in the process to finalize things. After I got possession of the car and it was time to drive off he was still there to make sure I had no more questions(which I did not after his initial introduction) or concerns. Sammy even gave me a courtesy call today to tell me congratulations and remind me about info on my plates ect... Would definitely recommend Sammy to anyone heading towards Brad Benson's. More
Where do i even start.....HORRIBLE!! Walked into this dealership alone and felt like I walked into a college football locker room. I spoke with someone, he showed me the car in the lot with the grass 2 f dealership alone and felt like I walked into a college football locker room. After i left I called him back to see if they had a certain car that i was looking for with certain packages and features and that I wanted to come in first thing next week. He called me back saying we dont have that car sorry, I know you wanted to come in but we dont have it" Um ok so are you going to see if you can GET it? Or is that it? Was told they don't to swaps with other Hyundai dealerships.Well that was it, never heard from him. Then I went in again to speak to someone else, a manager comes over and says "well what if we can get it to you tomorrow, I said "i thought u don't have it?" He then tells me oh well we can get it from another dealership....Heard something different from everyone I talked to- VERY INCONSISTENT WITH THEIR INFORMATION. Then I was fooled by their '30% off gimmick". Then i had a manager come over and say I was never going to get that car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay and he asked me why i don't lease a car, get another color or go for another model that's cheaper. I came to the dealership because i wanted a specific car- not to be "convinced" i should buy something completely different. I think they asked me 7-8 times "what can we do to get you out of here today with this car". Felt lots of pressure and didn't like their service technique at all! Don't go here its a waste of time... Freddie worked very hard to get me a great car and stay in the price range I needed to be. I would highly recommend him to anybody going to buy a car there and I would love to be able to work with him aga in the price range I needed to be. I have bought many cars from Brand Benson before and have been very happy. Our salesman was Freddie and he went above and beyond helping us, he even came to our house late at night (on our sched) to sign the been very happy.
