Contacted Ed Flanagan regarding an internet price...made it clear we were not Hyundai owners and were considering joining the Hyundai family. Price sounded great...should have known it sounded almost too good. Made an appointment...rushed home from work and made the 45 minute drive and wasted an entire Friday evening. Of course when we got there the price was no where near the previously quoted price because we "didn't qualify for all the rebates". What was especially annoying is that one of the rebates he threw into the calculation was the Hyundai Loyalty rebate for Hyundai owners after I had been perfectly clear we did not own a Hyundai. I have heard from others that they had a similar experience at this dealership so as a result I would not recommend this dealership. More

Manning was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. He made me feel like family and didn't try to pressure me at all. Manning was terrific from start to finish in the process of purchasing my new Hyundai Genesis. I was shopping around at many dealerships for similar types of cars. Manning took a lot of time making me comfortable with the car and allowing me ample time to test drive it. I recommend him completely.
