Let me start off by saying that car shopping gives me anxiety and nightmares. I don't ever want to be subject to all the schemes and be at the mercy of sharks. I have had nothing but bad experience in the past when it came to purchasing a new car. Aside from the rude sales people they are out there to get you and your first born too. With this said, my lease was coming to an end. I was in search of a good car and have gotten rave reviews from friends about the Hyundai Sonata. I heard about Brad Benson Hyundai on the radio and loved Brad Benson's very catchy ads. I finally decided to call them and see what their promotions were all about. The 1st 2 people i spoke to were not very friendly and very snappy. So i decided to go on Dealer Rater and find my Super Sales Person and this person came in the awesome form of MANNING GALAGARZA. Manning not only walked me through the entire process but allowed me to be honest with him. He never pushed or forced anything on us and even gave us the good and bad scenarios of purchasing a new vehicle in relation to having an existing lease. He made it so easy and comfortable for us to go through the steps where we didn't feel like we were getting scammed. He ran all our numbers for the car we chose and ran another one for our other option. He was very very honest and very very nice to my fiance and i which we greatly appreciate. It is one thing to know that you are working hard for your money and another thing for a complete stranger to care about what you do about your hard earned money and keep you from over-extending yourself on a car payment that you will be stuck with for years. we went home with our Hyundai Sonata last saturday and we are more than happy with what our payments are and the value and quality of this car! Manning had our happiness in mind and for that we are truly greatful! MANNING YOU ARE A SUPERSTAR! keep up the good work and we will definitely come see you when our other lease is up!!! More

We had been leasing Ford SUV's for 16 years. When it came time to look for a car this year, we knew exactly what we wanted, a Hyundai! Not only because it's rated so highly, not because they are nice looking cars, but because Hyundai has the Hope on Wheels program which we admire so much, and we want wanted to be part of "Team Hyundai". My Godchild, Brianna Commerford is a lymphoma survivor. She became a spokesperson for Hope on Wheels. I saw first hand the generous you were to Bri and her family. Hyundai opened many doors of opportunity for her. Thank God she is doing well, though I firmly believe the positiveness she encountered from her being a spokesperson, helped her heal. I myself am a cancer survivor. I only wish there was a program like you have back then. Please continue with this wonderful organization. As far as our Sales Coordinator, Manning Galagarza, and Brad Benson Dealership employees, what can I say? You are all so wonderful. From the moment we walked in, until we drove off in my new 2013 Sante Fe! Manny was professional, congenial and knowledgeable of your product. He answered all my questions without hesitation. The service I received exceeded my expectations, Steve treated me and my son like we were the only customer in the building. Steve gave us solid advice in a well informed professional manner that made the experience very special. This was my 18 year old son's first new car buying adventure. My son was thrilled to be test driving the Hyundai Genesis Coupe, and I am glad we stopped in and met Steve. Although we only bought one vehicle, we are two very happy customers. My experience at Brad Benson was exceptional. Ed Flannigan goes above and beyond for his customers. I basically spent the whole day at the dealership, and he did not rush me at all. I had such a wonderful experience at Brad Benson's Hyundia. While there were undergoing some renovations, my overall experience was great. Everything could not have been less stressful or better. I had a great car buying experience from before I arrived at the dealership and walked in the door. I had done a lot of research about the type of car I wanted before scheduling any test drives or physically going to any dealerships. After reading numerous reviews it was apparent that Brad Benson Hyundai was the place to go, and that Manning Galagarza was the sales guy to see! In my mind, I only wanted to schedule a test drive to get a better feel for the type of car I wanted. I called and requested a meeting with Manning who called me the day of to get to know specific details about the type of car I was interested in, my budget, preferences, and reservations. He was extremely warm, answered each of my neurotic questions and made me feel comfortable. When I got off the phone, I turned to my colleague and said "I have a really good feeling about this!" I arrived at the dealership after work, around 6:30pm. Manning greeted me with a smile and took some time to sit down with me to go over what we had spoken about before. I didn't feel rushed, pushed, shoved or intimidated AT ALL. After we discussed different financing options and the exact type of car I was looking for, we took the cars out for a drive. I felt extremely comfortable test driving the brand new Elantra, but was still unsure about whether I was really ready to buy a car. When we got back to the lot, I was getting a little anxious because it was starting to snow, it was getting late, and I was getting pressure from family and friends to start heading back and not to make any rash decisions. I didn't have my checkbook with me, I didn't have the car I wanted to trade-in and I was BY MYSELF! Throughout the night, many sales associates and managers kindly greeted me and made me feel comfortable about my anxieties. After Manning and I discussed that I was ready to drive a new car off the lot, he and his team didn't let me leave until they knew I was completely and surely comfortable with an offer I just couldn't refuse... AFTER FIVE HOURS, no less. They made sure I was able to buy the car with the same exact amount of money I wanted to put down at the start, and the payment that would fit into MY budget. I really loved that brand new Elantra and I really wanted a brand new car! But like I said before, I didn't have the money with me and I was using my mom's car for the night. That didn't stop Manning! He and Mike Tiedemann followed me to my house in my brand new Elantra so that I was able to have it that night and pick up a check from my house! FORTY FIVE MINUTES AWAY IN THE SNOW! Door-to-door service, all done in a friendly, honest, and non-threatening way. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Even though I didn't have the intention of purchasing a car that night, I walked away feeling great with no regrets. I have been driving my new Elantra for almost a week now and I absolutely love it! If you're considering buying or leasing a Hyundai, go to Brad Benson and make sure to personally request Manning! Not only will you NOT be disappointed, but you will be ECSTATIC driving off that lot in a new Hyundai of your own! More
