The service was exemplery! The first thing I liked was that I got a phone call prior too my appointment to confirm that I was coming. Steve walked me through the initial interview, what kind of car I wanted, how was my credit, and what did I expect my payment to be. He found a Sonata and we went for a test drive, he explained the history of Hyundai and the feautures of the vechicle. manny took over and explained all of the technical aspects. I have been dicoyrced for 5 years and Manny went beyond the call of duty to get me fiancing. I forgot my checkboook and the title to my old car. Manny after getting my loan approved and the car prepped followed me to my son's karate school and then to my home to obtain these documents! He went beyong the call of duty. I have been recommending him to all my friends and I REALLY APPRECIATED being treated like I was the most most important person and made to feel that they wanted to make sure I was satisfied! We lost our 2009 Hyundai Sonata due to Hurricane Sandy. We wanted to replace it with another Sonata. My spouse and I went to a few dealerships in NYC. Neither of the dealerships were willing to honor the We wanted to replace it with another Sonata. My spouse and I went to a few dealerships in NYC. Neither of the dealerships were willing to honor the offers advertised on the dealer website. We contacted a few dealers in NJ and one dealer, Brad Benson Hyundai, told me that they will honor all advertised incentives. Within an hour, we were at the dealership. We were greeted right away in the parking area by Manning Galagarza. He told me right away that they can work out a deal for us today and that I could drive the new vehicle home in a few hours. He also told me that the dealership would return the my rental car for me so we wouldn't have to drive back two vehicles. There was a huge inventory to choose from and the dealership appeared to be well positioned to assist all customers who lost vehicles in the storm. We went inside with Manning and he informed us of the terms and incentives for the new car. He showed us the inventory of vehicles with different colors to choose from. He arranged for my wife and I to test drive the new vehicle before finalizing the deal. Once we agreed on a price, we met with the financing area. They told me that I qualify for the lowest rate financing deal and that Hyundai would finance the total purchase price. I didn't need to make a down payment. The office contacted my insurance carrier to obtain the necessary insurance coverage and they also processed the temporary registration. The service area prepared the vehicle and when it was ready, Manning got into the vehicle with us and explain the numerous equipment and functions. We left with the new vehicle that evening. All of the employees at the dealership were very cooperative and were coordinating their efforts for all the customers. Over the last few months we have received telephone calls from the various departments - customer service, vehicle service, parts/supplies. Everyone gave their names and phones numbers and told us to contact them if there are any issues. Manning followed up the issuance of the plates and registration. The dealership sent be the package overnight mail so I was able to install the plates immediately. Overall a wonderful experience provided to my wife and myself during a difficult time after the storm. Thank you Manning. More

He sat down with me and asked what kind of car I wanted, what did I want the payment to be and explained about financing. He took me on the test drive and gave me a history of Hyundai. He educated me about the features and warranties of the car. Manny finished the deal with me. I knew I was going to have an issue with financing because of my credit problems as a result of my divorce. Manny took extra good care of me. He explained that I had a better chance of getting financing because Brad Benson is the largest Hyundai dealer in the area. He was patient with me, explained the technical features, warranties, how the car is ran, and was determined to get me fianced. Manny went beyond the call of duty. I had forgot my checkbook and the title to my old car. Manny followed me first to my son's karate school and then to my home to get the missing documents! INCREDIBLE! Since the purchase of my Hyundai Sonata on December 14, he has followed up with me to make sure the car is ok and how the car is treating me. All I can say was it was the best car buying experience that I have had and I have and will continue to recommend Brad Benson to everyone! i love my Sonata and for my situation I got a good deal and wasn't pressured into anything!
