I have been treated like family throughout my buying experience and have received excellent service as well. Whoever heard of a customer relations department in a car dealership??...Well, the Brad Benson Group has and Tom Mastro, Customer Relations Manager and his staff are superb. The sales dept. is not pushy and is very interested in your specific needs in a vehicle. Any issues are taken care of because with these folks, it's all about making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. At the Brad Benson Group, I have discovered that your vote really matters. The ease of the financing process also tells me that the dealership has earned the respect of the financial lending community which is crucial to maintaining a viable economic presence and a variety of purchase options for their customer base. I would like to also mention that my past dealings with the Service Dept. has also been very positive. The staff are ready and willing to ensure that your vehicle is well cared for after the sale. I was introduced to the Brad benson dealership and Sammy Chow after the devestating Tropical Storm Sandy invaded my community. My car among other things was totalled. Although I was in dire need of transportation, I can't say that I was a willing participant in the buying process. There was just too much going on to be excited about buying a new car. The folks at the B Benson dealership were really helpful and very friendly. I'm thankful they could keep a smile in thier voice and on thier faces when I couldn't. This is a follow up to an earlier review about my first visit to this dealership. I had a horrible experience the first time I went to this dealer. I left on a Saturday after they offered me next to nothin visit to this dealership. I had a horrible experience the first time I went to this dealer. I left on a Saturday after they offered me next to nothing for my trade in. The sales manager Ed R. called me back the following Wednesday. He was surprised we didn’t make a deal and wanted to know what it would take to make one. He said he was on vacation and he apologized for not being there on Saturday. He stated that they had a wholesaler who would be at the dealership and they would like to re-evaluate my car to see if they could offer me more for the trade in. Reluctantly, I went back. WORST MISTAKE!! There was NO wholesaler. They lied. Also, the manager who said he was on vacation during our first visit was NOT!! The Saturday we were there he was sitting at the table next to us dealing with another unhappy customer. Of course it went downhill from there. They had a problem getting to the lot. They didn’t know what car they originally showed me & they didn’t know what numbers they gave us the first time on the new car. We showed them the ad with the 30% of DPP. The DPP INCLUDES the $700+ destination fee. They took the 30% off and then tried to add the destination fee on again. Magically my car went from being worth $1200 on a Saturday to $3500 the following Wednesday when it was NEVER re-evaluated. I will never buy a car from this dealership and will tell everyone I know to never give them business. I found another dealership where I got the car I wanted at a great price and the people there were absolutely amazing. More
We had a difficult personal situation in the recent loss of my husband. My son was really ready for a new car and it would be his first, albeit cosigned purchase. Both Damien and Dan were very 'real' peop of my husband. My son was really ready for a new car and it would be his first, albeit cosigned purchase. Both Damien and Dan were very 'real' people, family people themselves, and it showed. Although we were there longer than expected, there is often that sort of paperwork involved in any new car purchase with trade in's etc. We were fine with that. Looking forward to an excellent relationship forward in terms of ongoing service/maintenance etc. My son is quite pleased with his brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. More

Mr. Chow or Sammy is by far one of the nicest consultants I have ever met in my life! First of all, this is my second time visiting Brad Benson Hyundai! The only reason I came back to Brad Benson is because I have ever met in my life! First of all, this is my second time visiting Brad Benson Hyundai! The only reason I came back to Brad Benson is because of Mr. Chow or Sammy's service to me and my father. He is funny, professional, respects his clients and most importantly, he truly cares about his clients and is passionate! Even though I was extremely tried, he was looking out for me, and I was so touched by his professionalism. He answers the questions and explain to me in the appropriate amount of content. He is benevolent and is affable to speak to him. Words cannot describe how impressed I was. His attitude is refreshing and his optimistic view of looking at things is simply fantastic because he makes my father and I calm and happy. He is an asset to Brad Benson. Our 2011 Sonata had been giving us problems since we purchased the car on June 23, 2010. When we called to see what could be done about the situation we were asked to come into the store that day. We purchased the car on June 23, 2010. When we called to see what could be done about the situation we were asked to come into the store that day. We were greeted by Peyman immediately and he assured us that our needs would be taken care of. Peyman is a proffessional, courtious, funny salesman. We were very comfortable in his presence. The end result was us leaving the dealership with a brand new 2013 Sonata...no money down, little increase in our montly payment. We were also given a check for the money it cost to tow our vehicle. A fair trade considering our troubles with the 2011. We understand that problems can occur but all is forgiven when you are treated as a valued customer as this dealership did! He is smart, witty, funny, and most importantly- my kids adore him!!! Secondly, the level of professionalism by the complete staff through and through was superb. The managers, the finance gentleman Oscar, and the really nice guy (I forgot his name- who sealed the deal and I hugged) all were fantastic. My dad, sister and I came into Brad Benson just to browse and look at our options. This was not the first time we were here,we got our previous car from them after they were highly recommended by another rel and look at our options. As we entered we were greeted by the people working there and also our previous sales representative Ali G who noticed us right away and came over to help us. Ali G, really tried to help us and work with our budget and needs. He was pleasant, listened to what we needed,gave helpful suggestions and we felt comfortable to trust his judgement. Also dealing with Daniel and the paperwork, everything was explained to us about what we were recieving. Yes, the process sometimes takes some time but it is for our benefit.
