Several of our neighbors and friend recommended that we go to Brad Benson dealership Manning was the sales person assigned to help us with our choice and decision. We found him to be very professional, extremely personable and highly knowledgeable. He had the patientence of a saint and took his time to answer all our questions and concerns. He spent hours with us and never lost his cool. We finally decided on the 2013 Tucson. We took it home that night and are very happy with our choice. We hope to have many years of good service from our new vehicle. More
Before I walked to the building I perused the lot before approaching the building and thankful for the opportunity without interuption. Once I walked to the building I met Bill Terrance who was most profess approaching the building and thankful for the opportunity without interuption. Once I walked to the building I met Bill Terrance who was most professional and friendly. I never once felt pressured which was a definite plus! I appreciated the fact that he took the time to answer questions I had and when he thought I was still in doubt enlisted the aid of the Finance Manager Jay and Sales Manager to put me at ease. Should anyone that I know need a vehicle I would definitely DRIVE THEM TO BRAD BENSON AND INSIST ON SEEING BILL TERRELL. I've been to several dealerships within the last month and by far Brad Benson staff was the most friendly and HONEST. I did not feel as if I walked into a nest of vultures it was like a family reunion with distant relatives, but relatives none the less. More

Stop searching for a Hyundai dealership - Brad Benson is the one you want. Said differently: All of my expectations were pleasantly not met. No pressure tactics, price hiding, or misdirection as you would - the one you want. Said differently: All of my expectations were pleasantly not met. No pressure tactics, price hiding, or misdirection as you would - with good reason - expect when entering a car dealership. On 6 August 2012, I phoned Brad Benson Auto to express my interest in a Hyundai. I had done my research and knew where my interests lay, though there was a problem: no vehicle to get to the dealership. My first question, no longer than three minutes into the call (i.e., they knew nothing about me) was, "What are the chances of someone coming to pick me up" (17 miles). They agreed! And it gets better: Manning Galagarza himself arrived at 7:50am to give me a lift. Door to door service? At 7:50am? And free piping hot black coffee at the dealership? That's pretty cool! As I mentioned, I had gone prepared: I had researched the value of the car, of the desired options, and of fair and competitive loan and interest rates - though I did not announce this so to not bias the behavior of the dealership. The pricing information I was given by Manning matched that of my research and was presented simply, with sufficient explanation of each price point. It was clear there were no 'bogus figures' in the data set. More importantly, the figures were clean and honest. (Though that's not what I paid - I got a great deal ;-)) Manning's manner (that has a ring to it) was not what one would expect of a salesman - and it may be incorrect to call him one. He manner was of a Professional Sales Representative. That is, he *educated* me about options (on both cars and finance). Said differently, he gave me *information* as opposed to a sales pitch, which is something designed to contain minimal information (useful data) with the intent of misdirecting the consumer. He assisted me in using this information to make a decision that best suited my needs. But that needs to be said simply: He was there for Me. (And of course, himself and the dealership, but I was a firm fixture in the equation) Did I mention the free coffee? And if you go on Saturdays, they have free barbeques (a morsel of info Manning gave me on the drive over). I could continue on for many paragraphs about other points of excellence that opposed my expectations but the Internet seems to have a meme "TL;DR;" that informs against length. So let's wrap this up: Go to Brad Benson if you want a Hyundai (or Mitsubishi). * Ask for Manning. * If he is not available, *demand* Manning. I will also extend my gratitude to Financial Manager Danny (sorry, I've forgotten his family name) He made affordable something I really wanted ;-). You're awesome too, bro! More
I purchased a new Mitsubishi Lancer last year. I was lured to the dealership through a deal I heard on the radio. It was that the first year's payments on a new car would be paid for by the dealership. lured to the dealership through a deal I heard on the radio. It was that the first year's payments on a new car would be paid for by the dealership. I understood that the first years payments would be tacked on to the total, and that I was paying a little more than I probably should for the car, but as a recent college grad, having a year to get myself on my feet with a new car without having to make payments was definitely a deal I couldn't resist. I came in, and took a new lancer that I had been researching on the internet out on a test drive with the salesman. He was a very positive man, but he told me things about the car that I later found out weren't true at all. I was told that the car had a six-CD changer, auxiliary input for an iPod and some other small things that ended up not being true. In the end, they are small things that do not matter that much and with some extensive research I could have known myself. However, the point is I came in and was told these things by a guy who is supposed to know everything about the car, that's his job. He is making commission off of my sale, I am giving him money, the least he can do is know everything about the car, or not make up falsities. It seemed like he was talking out of his butt sometimes and that all he wanted was me to sign and be in and out. I took a loan through PNC bank to finance the car. As offered, the dealership handed me a check to pay for the first year of financing on the car. The finance specialist at the dealership told me I can submit the entire check to the bank at once to cover the first year's payments. So I did. Months later I was contacted by the bank saying I was delinquent on the payment. So I contacted the dealership, and they told me that I shouldn't have done that because the bank would just put the entire payment towards the car at once. I then told them that I was TOLD by them that I can do that. Eventually I was able to talk to the finance specialist that told me this and he did admit that he was wrong and that we would take care of it with the bank... I was ASSURED he would. Another month later, another delinquent notice from the bank. I called the dealership again, and again was told it would be fixed. The next month, FOR THE THIRD TIME, I received another notice and that my car may be repossessed. I then went to the bank myself, told them my whole story and the dilemma, and ended up fixing it all myself. I called and told the specialist this and he said that he was sorry and he made a mistake. In all, it was just not a great experience. I'm 24 years old, so my experience could be skewed because I don't really know the process of buying a car, but I was expecting a little more help and guidance from these advertised "professionals" who are here to help us at a moment's whim. They were friendly people don't get me wrong, but it seemed that they weren't the most competent people. And no offense to Brad Benson, but these commercials are honestly so dumb-witted, I feel like an absolute moron for even listening to them, especially because it got me to buy a car from him. My only advice people is to DO YOUR RESEARCH and QUESTION EVERYTHING! More
My mom had recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and dealt with Manning (who happened to have sold her the vehicle she purchased before that as well...) She recommended I go speak with him in regards to dealt with Manning (who happened to have sold her the vehicle she purchased before that as well...) She recommended I go speak with him in regards to getting a new vehicle (about a month ago my 2012 Honda Civic caught fire and was totaled). I went to meet with him at 9AM and he did everything he could to make sure I was looking at the cars that I wanted. It didn't feel as if he was trying to push the cars on me, he let me look and tell him what interested me. He really goes above and beyond to make sure all of his customers are truly satisfied. He took customer appreciation to the next level. I would, and already have, recommended a couple of my friends to go speak with him in regards to their car needs because he is truly a genuine person. He is highly concerned with ensuring all of his customers are happy and satisfied which is hard to find at a car dealer. Most salesmen are just that, sales, they want to put you in any car just to make a sale but Manning truly did everything he could and really worked with me to get me the car I want. More
When our salesman, who initially presented as friendly and honest, took us for a test drive, he told us "these guys take advantage of women, blacks and older people.". He positioned it as he would not tre and honest, took us for a test drive, he told us "these guys take advantage of women, blacks and older people.". He positioned it as he would not treat us that way (as women). When we met with the finance guy, he asked my partner and me, "so is the right word for you gay or lesbian?". Totally inappropriate way to deal with a customer. We went to Brad Benson based on a personal recommendation. They applied high pressure sales tactics for hours, mixing promises with disappointment all day long. Just as we were about to walk out, they would present us with a better deal. We were forced to wait for the finance guy for two hours. We waited because they had offered us a great price on the car and decent value for the trade in (after exhausting and rigorous negotiations). However, the final paperwork did not reflect what we agreed to and there was only a verbal agreement during the negotiations, so they didn't keep to the word. These guys are highly trained at high pressure sales tactics. They will cheat you right under your nose while smiling, laughing, flirting and offering you coffee, pizza, lunch and ice cream. Do not go there. They cannot be trusted and they do it under the guise of "good customer service.". You will be swindled before you know it. More

Our needs were specific...safe,simple to operate and priced well mid sized vehicle. Manning was patient and listened to our requests. We did our research on the Hyundai Sonata and were really well versed as to the ratings and major specifications. However,we are Baby Boomers and not familiar with all the new technologies available in the vechicle he showed us.Manning took his time to explain every detail, and took us for a ride to get the feel of the car.Even after we signed on the dotted line,Manning, above and beyond the call of duty, took us onto rt.1 and had us follow him to the exit we needed to get home...it was after eleven o'clock pm. The next morning we brought our trade in to the dealership and drove our new car home.We would and have already recommended the dealership to friends and family. Above all, it was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable and charismic gentleman as Manning Galagarza. More
Manning was wonderful to work with. He knew after a long time with him that we were starving and bought lunch. After the sales he drove my new car home and picked up my old one. Before leaving he went ove time with him that we were starving and bought lunch. After the sales he drove my new car home and picked up my old one. Before leaving he went over my new car and made sure I was comfortable with it . When he left it was after 11pm, which I thought was above and beyond considering he worked a whole day. Would I recommend Manning....without a doubt. More
