I went to the dealer during a promotion, just to see what the dealer had to offer. I soon as I walked on the lot, Bill approached me and was immensely helpful throughout my whole experience. Bill Terrell was our sales person. My family and I arrived at the showroom and Bill was quite informative on the overall purchase process. Bill greeted us from the moment we pulled into the lot, staying with us as we browsed and asked questions without the feeling of being hounded by a sales person. Until I seen this gentlemen I went to ask a question and he informed me that he would speak with me however he was working with a customer already, a chair became available and three hours later Mr. Terrell came to me and was eager to assist. I explained my situation, he not only listend to my situation he heard me loud and clear. He was very outright and hopeful for me, He said to me when I originally approached him I told him I walked to the dealership he said "You wont walk home" He was wonderful he explained evrything the whole process I feel like I not only purchased a car but I gained a life time friend in him. Everyone there was very friendly and Manning, especially took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I was there for about 3 hours which really wasn't bad considering in that time we c took the time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
