I found this dealership ok. I believe i got the deal I wanted even though I could have got better deal. Sales team is ok. I found sales person an average. Mike and Sammy were a pleasure to work with. Mike worked with me at length to get me what I wanted. The 2012 Sonata SE had everything I wanted but lacked Heated front seats which the 2013 had. The only thing holding me back was the heated front seats of the 2013 SE. Mike was creative and flexible to add that into the package so the price of the 2012 would be more attractive than paying up for a 2013. Mike was very knowledgeable and flexible and able to deliver a solution that got the deal done. This is the second time I worked with Sammy and he has been great. After everything was done, he actually stayed several hours to help me with getting the old and new car features working smoothly. More
