I arrived at Brad Bensson at 9AM with my father of 91 years and purchased a sonata. The process took longer than I expected but was hurried along by Felix. Brad Benson Hyundai prides itself on being different from other car dealerships....and rightly so! When I arrived Saturday morning I was greeted by friendly staff the moment I stepped out of my car. I was th other car dealerships....and rightly so! When I arrived Saturday morning I was greeted by friendly staff the moment I stepped out of my car. I was then introduced to Felix Nieves. What a nice guy! We sat down and I answered a few simple questions on why I was there, what I hoped to accomplish, and of course what vehicle I was interested in. Well, within minutes Felix had an Elantra(The car I wanted) parked out front waiting for me to test drive. When we got back we sat down and filled out some credit applications and other necessary paperwork. I do not have a good credit score at all but Felix was understanding and did not make me feel bad about myself...but instead went to bat for me with the finance people and got me a good deal! I cant say this enough...Felix Nieves is not only great at what he does...but he is a hell of a nice guy! While he and the finance staff hammered out the details..he set me up outside at a picnic table and told the chef they had barbequing to hook me up with whatever I wanted...Yes thats right...there was a chef outside cooking FREE food for all the customers! Once I signed all the paperwork with the business department I went back to see Felix who had my car ready to go..he got it detailed and had it filled with gas! Felix also had the vehicle prep team hook me up with a hard rubber trim on the doors that protects them from dings when opening the doors in tight spots. Felix then came and sat in my new car with me and went over EVERY feature of the car! He took his time and was not rushing me at all even though my deal was done and he could have moved onto another customer.After this..Felix helped me get my insurance set up..as I was worried this would be an ordeal. Well sure enough it was not a big deal and Felix talked with Progressive and sped the whole process up. Within 10 minutes I had a new insurance policy and the paperwork was already faxed to the dealer and I was on my way! Felix Nieves and the staff at Brad Benson Hyundai definitely do things different from other dealers..they do things the RIGHT way and treat you fantastic. When we entered the Brad Benson dealership, my wife and I were only in the "just looking" stage. Mike and Sammy were a pleasure to work with. Mike worked with me at length to get me what I wanted. The 2012 Sonata SE had everything I wanted but lacked Heated front seats which the 2013 had. The only thing holding me back was the heated front seats of the 2013 SE. Mike was creative and flexible to add that into the package so the price of the 2012 would be more attractive than paying up for a 2013. Mike was very knowledgeable and flexible and able to deliver a solution that got the deal done. This is the second time I worked with Sammy and he has been great. After everything was done, he actually stayed several hours to help me with getting the old and new car features working smoothly. More

When I walked into brad benson I didn't really know what to expect. What I got was a friendly atmosphere a great salesman and a deal that I couldn't walk away from.
