On 6/24/2010 I went to the dealership to purchase a 2011 Hyundai Sonata SE. They tried to overcharge me for the vehicle. Here's how they do it, on the car's sticker price all the destination and freight c Hyundai Sonata SE. They tried to overcharge me for the vehicle. Here's how they do it, on the car's sticker price all the destination and freight charges are already included on the MSRP at the bottom of the sticker. When you are negotiating your financing, they add the freight and destination fees in again! So the discount you thought you got off the sticker price is no longer in play, you really are paying about $1600 over the price you accepted as your final price. Then read your contract carefully, even if you say no to an extended warranty, they will check the "no box" but charge you for the extended warranty anyway. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM! I WAS TIPPED OFF BY ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THIS IS WHY THEIR PRICING SEEMS SO ATTRACTIVE BECAUSE THEY SCREW WITH THE NUMBERS AND GET YOU IN THE END!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND BY THE WAY THE SALES GUYS SUCK!!! More
Do not trust their ads for 30% off. They are rude and will have you sitting with 3-4 different managers as they give you the run around. They never return phone calls when you need to ask a question but will have you sitting with 3-4 different managers as they give you the run around. They never return phone calls when you need to ask a question but somehow are able to call you when you do not want to hear from them. Stay away from this place. The second you walk in you just look at sales and know they are low class. They care about numbers not people. More
This dealer sells cars $4,000 - $6,000 over MSRP in order to offer "cash-back" deals that never come to fruition. I financed 10K over sticker and the bank through which I financed was told nothing about any to offer "cash-back" deals that never come to fruition. I financed 10K over sticker and the bank through which I financed was told nothing about any cash back rebates. The dealer therefore established a loan for principle that was not recieved by the financee. AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS AT ALL COSTS. Look to the papers for some very public litigation coming soon to a crooked car dealer near you. FYI: Brad Benson's home is at Rainbow Run Farm, 86 Rainbow Hill Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey 08844. BBB rating is F!!! More
Very pushy salesmen, very dishonest, their customer service is worst. They promise you well inspected , good condition used cars, but would deliver faulty and damaged cars. And once sold they just don' service is worst. They promise you well inspected , good condition used cars, but would deliver faulty and damaged cars. And once sold they just don't care about their customers. They don't take customers complaints seriously and are very unprofessional. More
The salesmen at this dealership are extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and petty. After visiting Brad Benson Hyundai and deciding that we would NOT like to purchase a vehicle after being verba unprofessional, dishonest, and petty. After visiting Brad Benson Hyundai and deciding that we would NOT like to purchase a vehicle after being verbally harassed by the sales staff and finance manager, Brad Benson Hyundai stooped to a new low by having one of their female employees call my cell and claim to be a girl that my boyfriend was with last night. They also called our home phone to harass us. We will be pursuing this matter in a legal venue. More
AVOID this BUM! He has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They will bait you in with cash back; but the car is already marked up by the amount offered. You will then be told your credit rati Business Bureau. They will bait you in with cash back; but the car is already marked up by the amount offered. You will then be told your credit rating is poor and can't get the deal they offer. The difference between the markup and the cash back to you is money in their pocket. Their next trick is to offer you GAP insurance and an extended warranty. When you say you don't want it, Magic Mike in finance will tell you he was able to get it for you at no extra cost. When you try to get him on the phone, HE WILL NOT RESPOND! When I called Better Business to complain, I was was told by them to contact the N.J Attorney General and specifically mention his BBB rating. This BUM should put out of business. A class action lawsuit might get his attention! More

Brad benson is not the right dealer. 1)They advertise as Brad benson is not the right dealer. 1)They advertise as 30% off posted dealer price.I looked at Santa Fe and the dealer price is 3$6,000. Wooooow wh Brad benson is not the right dealer. 1)They advertise as 30% off posted dealer price.I looked at Santa Fe and the dealer price is 3$6,000. Wooooow what a scam. Roughly $8000 above MSRP. If you ask about 30%, they will say that you don't qualify because you are not from military. 2)The sales associate told all kinds of stories when i asked about the manufacturer rebates, I insisted hard and sat there arguing for one hour until i got the manufacturer rebates 3)Sales associates tried to steer me towards monthly payments which is a big scam by itself. Oh by the way DON'T walk into the dealership without cash or a preapproved loan. They do so many scams with the financing. 4)Sales person asked me to sign on the paper that I am buying a car today just to hypnotize me as i was negotiating with him too much and he plays all sorts of tricks like a) How would you drive to work if you don't buy the car today?.. yaa right b) Somebody walks by and says, if you don't buy the car, there is one more customer who likes this car and he will buy it. I stood up and said Give it him and tried to walk away and my sales assoicate came back begging to come back to the negotiation table. 6)Don't go with the kids.Look for friends who can negotiate well, atleast 2 friends.Be prepared to negotiate atleat 2-3 hours on the price, so DON'T GO with the KIDS and have 2 FRIENDS with you. 7) Don't tell about trade-in until you are satisfied with the price. Do your research on trade-in and don't trade-in until you get a good deal on trade-in. You can always sell by yourself. 8) Most important don't get into the discusssion of monthly payments. Negotiate until you get a good price, Avoid taking loan from them. 9)Research on the internet on hyuundai's website about the manufacturer rebates, the MSRP, financing information and take a printout and be ready to show the printouts, as I was shown OLD printouts which had different information.. Wooow what a scam. 10)FINALLY BE PREPARED TO WALK AWAY FROM THE STORE IF YOU DON'T LIKE INTO WHAT YOU ARE GETTING. There are other hyundai dealers too. Have a Plan-B. 11) BOTTOM LINE, They are there to make maximum amount of money and they don't care to rip off your shirt if possible. By the way I had to stay 4 hours in the dealership 6:00pm - 10:00pm to get the best deal i think, i paid 24,500 for hyundai santafe LE 2008 model. Hope this helps. More
